ERTS provides the lowest environmental spill cleanup costs on all projects. The ERTS staff of CHMM's provides our clients with a multitude of cost controls, such as, bio-remediation, active project management and waste management. Our personnel are constantly striving to achieve cost controls pertaining to regulatory issues and fulfilling all applicable telephonic and written Federal, State and Local requirements on behalf of our clients. This achieves significant cost controls by reducing and/or eliminating environmental liabilities.

Communications are of vital importance to ERTS, communications with our contractors, communications with our clients and with regulatory agencies.

A 4-page initial report of the incident scene will be forwarded to our clients within 24 hours. ERTS manages all the telephonic notifications for our clients, as required by the applicable Federal, State and Local agencies.

Upon completion of each incident, ERTS prepares a final report, which includes: digital photographs of the scene customized mapping, analytical results, disposal documentation and a closure report. This comprehensive report is the most complete and sophisticated document among our peer group.
